so yeah… I’ve been starting to look into aftermarket rear bumpers because a) it looks better than stock, and b) from what ive seen aftermarket bumpers extend to over the 1/4 panel on the bottom, so i wont have to do extensive and flawless body work 
I don’t know about alot of body kits and such, but doing a bit of research ive found a few that look pretty good, can yall show me some ive missed?

damn you beat me to it but you can also go with a rear valence mind you with a valence your not going to cover as much of the rust up and your still going to have to secure the valence where the bumper will hold a little easier.just another thought
Yeah see that’s exactly what I tried initially but it doesn’t come up high enough, plus, like you said there is difficulties with the mounting… Hmm…
