s14 kouki front end conversion on s13???

I was thinking of doing the s14 kouki conversion on my s13 hatch. I was just wondering what problems i would run into, and what to look out for.? Do i have to change up the wiring a little for the head lights or no? is there any welding involved, what modifications is to be done. I think the s14 front end is a little wider then the s13, but im not to sure? I no some of you guys out there have done them, if you can help me out, share some pointers, it would be really appreciated.
Thanks.

From what I can remember Hector has s14 conversion kouki on a s13 hatch ask him hes in the club…or google I’am sure you’ll find it either on zilvia.net or other 240 sites.

Im not quite sure as to what exactly needs to be done…i do recall that you have to weld the front of the s14 fenders to the end of the s13’s in a special way like a certain cut in the fenders… and i did a conversion from a zenki and i had to change the wiring lol… but there is welding involved prolly more then what i just said too

But S14 front end of a coupe s13 …B-e-aUtiful…

Kouki JR.!

There is welding involved to the fenders unless you get Fiberglass/FPR ones. I believe modifications to the rad support is needed or one from an S14 zenki/kouki to be welded on.

LMAO

id say keep the pop ups, do a sleepy eye mod and put more work into engine / suspension ect…

just my opinion…

no welding, minor cutting, takes about 6 hours, buy the conversion fenders-it comes with all the nesscesary brackets, make sure u have s14 hood hinges, other then that ur good to go

That actually looks pretty good, compared to the s14 zenki front end conversions I’ve seen on s13 hatches lol

+1

Im gonna go out on a limb and say having the front clip would make life a heck of alot easier?

Then you have the front support, all brackets, hardware etc.

all your need are the frp fenders, which come with everything you pretty much need. The rest is obvious… lights, hood, bumper…etc…

the only extra thing you would get from this would be proper headlight plugs…
I mean if you wanted to do it the hardway then yeah get a nose cut

if you want to do it in like 6 hours or less get the fibreglass fenders with headlight brakcets… then its quite simple as Hector said

s13.4s are tooooooo sex.
that blue 180 looks craaaaaaazy.
hatchs w/ kouki fronts ftmfw.
coupes should stick to silvia fronts to match the boxy tails.

ahh this thread is making me want to go buy another hatch,
on my original, i had plans for an kouki front, listen to hector n grab the conversion stuff if you want your shit looking proper, otherwise be skilled when your doing your welding/ cutting or else it’ll look like an epic fail.

good luck with the work!

^blend S13/S14 fenders together as the body line is a different style that runs the length of the body…

or Cut S14 fenders at the a-pillar and end up with 2 diff body lines where the door meets the fender
