Sabres Season Tickets - Split

We’ve had season tickets for the past 3 or 4 years now and am second thinking renewing them next year as with family obligations I’m not able to go to as many as I’d like to make it worth it.

Instead of selling the whole package (which I might be up for as well) I am looking to split them with someone. Preferably half but if someone wanted say 10 games we might be able to work something out.

We’d split them with a draft type system to keep it fair, same for the playoffs if you’d choose to pay for those if/when the time comes.

Tickets are section 307, row 5. Two seats, 14 and 15.

I think the price is right around $39/game/seat when you average it out (don’t have the paper in front of me).

These are some great seats! They’re on the shoot twice side, closer to center ice.

I’d have been interested, but my seasons are over in 308, row 1. I just wanted to chime in, since these are a great location…

Thanks! We really lucked out year 1 and haven’t felt the need to move since. Right outside our section is a beer vendor and a men’s bathroom so you can get to either and back during a commercial break. There’s also a stairwell just up the corridor a bit for easy exit right into the Alumni plaza. And not to mention the blue line/sabres shoot twice side as you mentioned.

Let’s bump this…tomorrow is the decision day.

I didn’t renew mine this year. A little sad. But even splitting them at this point isn’t worth it.

Yeah, I’m having that same internal struggle and envy you for making the decision already, haha. Financially and with everything else going on (we’re 2 hours away from Buffalo so it’s a commitment to go to a game) it doesn’t make sense but having those tickets available to go any time is really nice. One of these years they have to start winning and I could probably make some money, it’s just hard to say when that will come.

Yea the wife is more pissed than I am. But buying a house hopefully next year I can save this money instead. Took me a couple years to find the seats I wanted and had to pay a small royalty for the rights. But kissing that goodbye tomorrow. Can always get them again.

Hah, my wife was confused the second year I renewed them (we had a kid that year). Back then I didn’t want to lose them after one year after waiting 5 years on a waiting list to get them. Needless to say she’s happy it looks like we won’t be renewing. :stuck_out_tongue:

With the number of games we go to it just makes sense to pay for them on stubhub or something…even if they happen to make the playoffs paying the sure-to-be marked up ticket price will probably still put us ahead. That’s why I figured if we split it’d probably even out but it looks like, even with a huge waiting list, it’s hard to find people to do that with.
