Yeah, but that only makes left turns so everybody on here could drive like that…:retardclap

Was I the only other person hoping to see a wreck?

God id love to drive one of those. Cars that can wheelie FTW.

he did a couple wheelies, that was cool

pretty boring video otherwise, i dont understand why you would EVER choose that racing over something like road racing where you turn left and right…

shit would get me dizzy, no lie

watch the race on tv. The absolute chaos going on for the hour they are running is intense. I would LOVE to run one of those cars. About the tightest racing you can get into for around $50K professionally.

Last years race I remember some dude got turned around, he stood on it wheelied it while he was going around and did a 360 wheelie and kept going! LOL

those cars are seriously bad ass

some tumbles from that event

World of outlaws is 100% worth going to see when they come to town. 410CI motor in a 1500 lb car is nuts. 120 mph around the valley not brakeing into the turns etc.

YES!

My dads buddy had a Outlaw car he setup for ice racing when I was little. we used to be his “pit crew” and go all over with them. It mopped up what ever unlimited or some shit class he was in.

That video reminds me of motorcycle flat track racing, where the entire time you’re counter steering through the track.

this summer you and I should ride up to the electric city track and watch my buddies run there. My buddy justin and jeremy are one of the few fastest riders there, they will show ya whats up with flat track!

I fear the dirt and the lack of grip.

I’ve made it a point to stay away from dirt until I got into dirtbikes two years ago, but still not a fan myself. The grip of the pavement makes me happy, but I give full credit to the guys that do it.

I remember Brooks contemplated on building a flat tracker.

I’m down on that ride though ^

NOT THE CASE with most flat track!

They dont run on sand! The track is slick when its freshly tilled & watered down, and 3-5 heats in its blue-grooved and like tarmac. You could RIP on your SM with “street” tires out there, no lie (just stay out of the cushion).

The fast guys at ECR are backing it in mid straight away top of 5th around 80mph, stuck to the ground like glue. The tires after the race are HOT, and scrubbed off like a track day on a road course. If you havnt seen it IRL, it will be a real eye opener.

Also, ICE. Those guys setup for ice all say you have MORE grip on ice than street tires on pavement. They setup the tires and studs by hand, they can even feel the difference between the kold kutters turned 45 degrees on each tire lug, thats how fine tuned they are. The tires dont ever see dirt, pavement, truck bed floor,or any rolling on anything other than the ice… top level shit.
