Ah… well if it counts as a domestic number then it should be free if you got the new plan when you got your new phone.
My girl is from Niagara-on-The-Lake area and he cell is 905 area code and that falls free under my plan. I think Missasagua is in the same area code too so it might be worth checking with verizon if you havent yet.
