not so long ago there was a string of wheel chair and scooter thefts. I met a kid who was a victim. It definately fucked his whole month up. Dude is poor and handicap. It wassnt easy for him to get a new one. I think KDKA and WPXI heard about his story and they all chipped in a couple of thousands of dollars to get him a new chair.
its fucking sad some people would steal from handicaps.
