in that quick flash video that begins “this is my final entry”, there is a quick flicker that says something along the lines of “we put all our hopes in this suicidal plan”
also note in that picture of the cellular structure, the file is called 070107, but in the picture it says 070507, possibly indicating something further is coming on the 1st or 5th of july…possibly the next server opening
i found that in the source of the original countdown page which was replaced by the page you linked to, there was a hidden link to “www.societyoftheancients.com” which has a bunch of the halo glyphs in it as well, along with a hidden e-mail address to send your “membership application” to, but that is not active yet d’oh

yea i was real into the halo forums when halo 2 came out. then i kinda dropped off of them. i’ll be back on HBO and all that again. i was literally bouncing up and down in my computer chair last night at 5:30 am so excited.

seriously, when it comes to halo, i go full on black thick rimmer glasses and pocket protector nerd…i can’t get enough of it, and bungie knows how to promote a game to the nerds…
word. when halo 2 came out my friends didn’t see me for months unless they came over to play halo.
