I just got back from the shelby dodge convention near Pittsburgh. It was a good time. There were a lot of really nice cars there and the festivities in the hotel parking lot were awesome. We put a 125 shot on a rental 300 with a hemi. we burned the tires off of it in a few burnouts. It ran a 15 without the juice and a 13.2 with it. I blew my turbo 3 weeks ago so I put a stock one on my car just to bring it. It was really hot during the track day so my car was running pretty slow. My best pass was a 13.2 which was not good enough to qualify for the quick 8. I missed a shift in the first run of the heads up race so I got knocked out of that event. So the only thing left was bracket racing, which I hate. Well I ended up winning the event and had a good time. The winner of the quick 8 had a full interior, street driven omni that ran a 10.87 in the sweltering heat.
Hear is my burnout in the parking lot and some pics.

Anyone notice anything wrong with this sundance??
some 89 Shelby CSXs. I think there were only 500 made. They were the first car ever to come with fiberglass rims. It also came with a variable nozzle tubo; which is Porsche’s “latest” technology today. It is not a dodge shadow. Unlike the new shelbys from ford, these vehicle were actually modified by carol shelby’s factory.
10.87 second omni.
