I ran my dads Trans Am when I was 16. I didnt have a liscense yet I was still on my permit. If you need someone to sponsor you in or something stupid like that I’ll be there to help. And if they turn you away I’ll register your car and then you can run. lol :ninja
if they got little kids running 1/8th mile in jr. dragsters, and they turn you down with a valid NYS license i would laugh…
you make a valid point i used to know a kid who raced those when he was like 14 so me at 17 almost 18 with a valid nys liscense has to be legit to race

you will not get kicked out. i don’t know if this your first time down the track with alot of power, but you will be lucky if you can get the power down to the ground to make a good pass. if you don’t have a helmet you will kick out right away.
yes, because they base their regulations on the EQUIPMENT not on the time/speed.

my reference to a 4088r and no cage is the power that turbo is capable of producing. its easily capable of 700whp… of which is POSSIBLY capable of 149mph+ traps which i believe you need a chute and sub 11.49 requires a cage… both of which should be attainable with that car… you WILL get tossed if you exceed those limits without the proper safety devices.
