They had to use the JAWS of life to get the guy out of the Jetta. And his left leg got pretty mangled… Good news is he was talking and alert.

i’d take a head on crash over hitting a shopping cart anyday. the guy probably didn’t want to use his collision, so he rammed an oncoming car so their liability would pay.

Yeah I have to say its good that neither of them are dead. But…obviously I’m not following the logic that proceeded when the shopping cart went out into the middle of the road.
Who swerves into on-coming traffic…I mean at least if you slamed on the brakes for the shopping cart theres a chance you won’t get rear ended not to say thats the best decision either.
True… If you Slam on the brakes and get rear ended. your still going to be better off than swerving into oncoming traffic.

I think they should Ban shopping carts from leaving the stores… Maby then people would actually get some exersize carrying it. and not have hundreds of dollars worth of food to haul out to their cars. And the less you have to carry the less food you have to EAT.
there is a few places ive been where the Cart has an electronic Security device to keep it from getting out of the store. or away from the front of the store.
but that goes back to the Movie theatre brawl clientle. parts of the country.
