Should I buy canadian tire rims

Alrite this guy i know is selling Moteggi Rim’s MR7 with yokohama tires with 75% thread left on the tires for $300 bucks they 16"x7 and off an integra, offset is 42+

what you guys think? how will they look on a s13 hatch? open to flamming  , seems like a universal bolt pattern but if it doesn’t work is there some sorta adapter to make it fit?

thanks

EDIT: also the tire size is 205/40 and im runnning sportlines wit agx’s, what would the wheel gap look like?

my bud has those on his Saturn SL1 :mamoru:

But ya… :ugh2:

i didnt say i was gonna buy it off him, its just dirt cheap alternative to stock rims… just seein what people think, i wouldn’t buy these for what they retail for

get them. they’re cheap.

if u hit a curb or bend them going over a pothole, who cares?

hey if u dont want that deal hook it up to me
ill pick it up for $300

Exactly. Good price for decent spare rims with rubber.

3 bills with rubber is a steal, definitely go for it. On the other hand I think that the Motegi MR-7 is THE riciest looking wheel ever made, but when you’re paying 3 bills for all four with rubber, not even I would care what I think, and I’m me

that is A killer deal, I can not understand not getting them

get them because they are cheap,

but they are the among the very worst wheels that anyone could buy for any car.

no one cared to mention to the guy taht they wont fit on his car?

4x100 boys

Universal 4 maybe.

link says 4x100

is there some sorta adapter to make it 4x100 other then swapping big parts to make it work?

EDIT : That i can buy somewhere around here

Ok, way too much work needed for shitty rims.

Save your money, get good rims.

^^ i was thinkin about it and i totally agree, id rather wait for sick rims with the right bolt pattern without a gay adapter :thumright:

2071-6717 16x7 +42 5 5/8 5x100 & 5x4.5 20 lbs.
2071-6716 16x7 +42 5 5/8 4x100 & 4x4.5 20 lbs

Doesn’t that mean that they fit both?

They aren’t exactly light weight at 20 lbs. a rim. Other than that they look pretty nice.

Some Integras and Accords use the bigger 4 bolt pattern. They are likely a universal 4 bolt pattern anyway.

The offset is terrible though. I’ve got a dirty set of Honda Momos on my car, and with a +42 offset they rub my front struts with a 205 tire.

But stock 240 rims are pretty high offset anyway. I know 7 spokes will rub on mine too, so you might be ok.

Decent spacers/adapters can cost upwards of $80 each. So if you go that route, you’re paying almost $700 for shitty FWD rims on your car.

If you get the cheaper spacers, you’ll need to change lugs, and that while not very expensive can be a serious pain in the ass.
