You dont get a suspended lic from a seatbelt and illegal passing ticket. Hell ones not even a moving violation that carries points.

You get it suspended becasue you are to dumb, lazy, cheap, ignorant, what ever to show up to court and/or pay the fine. Or you push the buttons of the judge and they choose to run you up a flag pole. the offenses themselves, when taken care of properly do not cause a suspended driving license. My money is on the kid mouthed off at the judge or was to naive to pay for the fines if he even showed up at court to begin with.

Your right, you dont… But if you dont pay those fines for those charges you DO… You or I have no idea what this kids financial situation is…

People are looking pretty dumb on shift right now voting against this kid not even knowing that he hasnt had any serious traffic offenses before.

BASED ON WHAT I READ, this IS the kids first serious offense and no fucking way in hell does it call for permanantly banning him from driving.
