yeah he’s a nice guy, i’ve known them for years, and when I break down or have a leak he’ll hook it up with the lift for me, but I guess I do have the russian connection over there, I passed because I had 0 miles in the last year so under 5K = stickers with no questions 
oh snap!
at first i felt like i got jacked by some russians. but to think about it my car barely passed inspection. all i had to do was have him replace my whole exhaust for a kinda steep price but he looked the other way for some of the questionable shit on my car.
I’d love to go drinking one night with said Russian. He cracks me up. They might be a little steep but I’ve been happy with my work done there and I don’t think anyone else who’s gone there has had a problem.
