This lens is in mint condition. The only visible wear is on the tripod collar. The rest is like brand new. No marks or blems on the barrel, or lens. I am the original purchaser. It was originally a demo unit. Copy of original receipt provided (Paid $1250) just about 2 years ago. It should be under warranty for a little under 2 years yet. (4 years on EX lenses)
This lens has been in for a check up, and serviced by Sigma under warranty, The OS unit was replaced, as well as the filter ring (had a hairline crack from a stuck filter). It was never dropped or mishandled once. It functions like new and is a workhorse. There is a reason these don’t come up used often.
