As soon as the play clock hit Zero I was out the door and made it to Dick’s in monroeville and back 20 minutes round trip.
I’ll be down there tomorrow. Going to get my Sister, Brother law, and possibly their friend at 7:30 heading to breakfast and then downtown.
it’s pretty crazy down here already. I’m going downstairs around 11:30.
Nick, it looks like they have the blvd completely fenced in. Don’t know if I’ll be able to make it across to t-rex, but I’ll be around. Just look for my fat head in one of those super ugly super bowl hats.

Council changes city’s name to Sixburgh
Tuesday, February 03, 2009
By Rich Lord, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
Mayor Luke Ravenstahl may have changed his name, but Pittsburgh City Council one-upped him today by ceremonially renaming the entire city.
In a proclamation crafted by Councilman Bruce Kraus, the city’s lawmakers commended the “open, practical and efficient management” of the Super Bowl-winning Steelers.
“The council of the City of Pittsburgh does hearby commend the Rooney family for bringing notoriety to the City of Pittsburgh,” Mr. Kraus read, with the other members of council arrayed about him, before “officially designating the City of Pittsburgh in 2009 as the City of Sixburgh.”
Mr. Ravenstahl ceremonially renamed himself Steelerstahl prior to the AFC Championship game against the Baltimore Ravens.

We got a good spot on the roof a building. It was cool because all the players/coaches spotted us way up there, waved and videotaped.

Then we got invited to the building next door. Blvd. garage from roof. (packed)
Coolest deck across the street.

Berad, I was right below you guys. How did you get up in that building?
the attorneys I was with are friends with the attorneys in that law office building. We hollered at them and they waved us over.
good pictures, associating with attorneys lost all respect.
Lucky bastard. I had to stand in the street with a bunch of high-schoolers and some giant of a man who kept picking up his 12 year old daughter right in front of me so that I couldn’t see.
Your own damn fault for letting it happen.
thanks for the useless information.
shoulda kicked him in the back of the knee and watch em both go down
I was down there, about 20 yards behind the stage. Came over on the Clipper and they took forever and we didn’t end up getting to the podium until close to 1.
I was on Stanwix street a block back from the stage towards gateway center. I didn’t feel like pushing thru a bunch of people to get closer.
I don’t like crowds either. A-okay on the rooftop
