so my band might be taking a week or so and coming up to WNY towards the end of summer (cause i would like to come back and play some local stuff) and i was just wondering what kind of smaller venues are available? we play like a slightly heavy grungish rock, its hard to explain though, good music for smaller bars and such.
the buffalo icon, showplace, club infinity, theres a bunch around here

Penny Arcade in rochester, almost any band can get in, Waterstreet has tighter tolerances
Showplace is an amazing place to play at, and the only thing better is booking through ESI!
