That’s right folks, the delay is over. I stumbled onto Solo Racer and Bell Helmets (websites), and they actually have the new SNELL standard helmets for 2005. At a quick glance, the price for the new helmets has gone up between $75-$100. I’m comparing similar features between Snell 2005 and Snell 2000.
Just FYI.
I was going to get a 2005 but, … someone brought up the point:
“What is a 10 year old helmet going to smell like?” So I will just get a 2000 for now and upgrade every 5 years.
Well if you guys would read the instructions and remove the liners and WASH THEM like you are supposed to, then maybe your helmet wouldn’t smell like ass ten years from now :mamoru: 
bring them in the shower… and take the ladies shampo or what ever smells “nice”
shampo head
place helmet on head
move back and forth
let helmet dry
Im all for getting a little helmet in the shower. but isnt it a lot easier to pull the liner out and put some scrubbing bubbles to work in the sink?
this means all the SN2000 helmets will be going on clearance. Keep your eyes open for deals.
