I think I have a pair of Haakapalitas on 4x100 steel VW rims, they are (I think) 185/65/14, which would be close to the same but narrower.

Tirerack sells new steelies for 45 dollars each in most cases (14 inch). I got mine on closeout for 20 dollars each, 80 for the set plus tires and shipping.
