The house is plenty big for me and the gf. Four bedrooms, a study, huge basement, real nice master bathroom, walk in closets and such. My apt right now is around 1100 sq. ft. and it already feels too small for me and all my random shit.
Only reason I went for this is I got a stupid good rate on the mortgage through the home builder.

My closing is on 5/18, but my lease isn’t up on my apartment until the end of July, so that’ll give me time to paint and do some work around it before I move in.
Thats also nice because you can move in at your leisure, it wont be a mad dash. That will help your move go much smoother and more organized, it will probably end up being less work LOL. Usually most people move in a hurry, basically grab shit bring it to the new place throw it somewhere and move it 25 times. This way you can deicide exactly what is/isnt going before you move it, and you can decide where its going in the new place so you only move it once.
