really cause from my understanding ICANN enforces a ~40 day grace period after a domain expires in which only the current owner could renew, after that there is a ~30 locked period in which no one can really register it…though there are some loopholes around some of this…

I’ve had a domain sniped before www.superchargedaudi.com it dissapeared the day the registration lapsed. :deadhorse:
