“…its about 2AM… really dark out and hardly any street lights where i was… a van pulls up near me very slowly and a lady is walking down the road, i turn my camera sideways and planning on getting a profile shot of her head wrap without her looking right at me… my focus light goes on off of my camera, pointing a small beam of light onto her head, getting her attention as to what i was doing. my heart skipped a beat and for that half a second i felt my bones chill and my body freeze, and as she turned to look at me, i hit the shutter. using an external flash, the light bounced ever so slightly off the side of that very van, creating a low lit side light catching the wrap and side of her face. you can see the flash catch light in the pupil of her eye… she had then said something in israeli and turned and walked away. the only shot i got that nite…”
i actually took this in my bedroom, cool story though
