I don’t believe the “Exige” meets U.S. Safety regulations.
If it comes down to legal issues about it being road worthy, i would just drive it at the track, i mean a car like that is basicly a race car, why bother driving it on the street in traffic and shit.
I just noticed it’s in Campbell, CA which is about 30 min. from me… maybe I’ll go check it out.

Thos are awesome but when i went to watkins glen there was a guy that had a lotus elise and he got no track time …it was always broken…and alot of people said theres always something wrong with it at every event…but this 1 u guys are lookin at is a lil diff from your normal elise

Yeah its def. cool, but over expensive honda just like the nsx.

I like them because they’re as pure as a sports car is going to get. Sub 2000lbs, mid engine, no frills. What other car is going to rip around a road course faster than some people’s open-wheel formula cars, and then (in this case at least) run 11 second 1/4 miles?
to each his own I guess, but an evo isn’t even in the same league as this car.
evo and sti = big, slow, hulking family sedans compared to this car
i would LOVE to autocross or road race this thing. like mike said, it’s a pure sports car.
but this car isnt stock is it? when those or elises r stock they arent all that great?..i dunno im confused.
the Exige does not run 11’s… its close, but its not an 11 sec car

not that i care one bit, but i hope that you can differentiate the fact that the car posted here has a motor swap… something unique and something that will boost the power of the stock car. i would assume it’s obvious, but you are posting a site about a stock exige or whatever…
I thought some of the Lotuses actually did come with Honda engines, and turbocharged too?
