Began carpet install.
So far it’s going in okay, i thought it was gonna be way more of a bitch.
But compared to scraping cougarspeed’s POS out, it aint that bad.
I have all the the interior pieces painted up as well, now im waiting on my head liner and o shit handles.

Dude its rough, il tell you that much. I got the rough shape down today and tomorrow im gonna trim it and start re-installing every trim piece till the mother fuckers in tight.
lol i bought a new carpet for my car, it pretty much sat in my garage for 7 months because i was way too lazy to re trim everything even though i had the old carpet as a pattern
they suck

BTW: the interior is ubar dirty right now. I still gotta vacuum shit, and tie up some loose ends.
But for now I have to wait on my headliner. Once thats done I just gotta install the top half of the trim.
Then its onto the exterior.

I know what it’s like to own something that some asshat butchered and ruined. You my friend are doing a great job on something that was horrible. Gives me inspiration to keep on with mine.

Quick update:
Will be finished this weekend.
Today I picked up the headliner, stripped and started painting the map lights, tightened up the rear bumper, ordered 2 rear shocks, and the fender linings. I fixed the lighting up over the time that NYspeed was broked.
Tomorrow the car goes to Elma Automotive for a clutch, I couldn’t pass up the price was right.
Once I get it back from their all I gotta do is button up the interior, install the fender linings and under tray, and install the rear shocks.
