Now that I have your attention… figured I’d update a bit here. Got all of the parts to finish the motor. I happened to find a guy with all of the correct parts for about a thousand dollars less than the dealer.
CL-S 6mt heads (correct cam gears and sensors as well as more aggressive cams)
6mt engine harness for cheap
As well as other various sensors and parts I needed.
Everything came off of this motor
Turbo J32 S2000
vtec yo
weird that they would swap a j32 in an s2k.

Finally got some parts in so I made some progress.
Got the timing covers all stripped off, set the motor to TDC
Took off the crank sprocket and sensor that were to be replaced…
New sensor and wiring on left, old on the right
New sprocket on the left, old on the right
New stuff installed
I’m very happy with the seller, he did a great job packaging everything I bought and everything is reallll clean!

So now you’ll have fully functioning vtec?
Yeah… and more aggressive cams… 7200 redline… no codes or anything
Basically the car was missing 80-100hp as it sat so… should be good to roll after these upgrades
And not to triple post but… I updated the first post with the new parts. Basically all I need is the secondary crank sensor and flywheel. I have a trick to modify the current tranny case for the sensor. Motor and tranny will be good to go shortly… just gotta get the engine bay done now.
