SOLD: 2004 Polaris Switchback 800cc

I am selling my 2004 Polaris Switchback. This is the ultimate trail sled. Let me start by saying this sled has THOUSANDS of dollars in upgrades! What is unique about the Switchback, is that although it is a long track sled, it turns in the woods like a 121" sled. This is because the last 12" of rear skid frame rail has a 15 degree rake on the rails. This makes the sled turn like a short track, but still gives it the wheel base of a long track which helps ride quality in bumps and is excellent in deep snow or when breaking trail.

Here are the mods…

800cc engine with 700 headplate, 1500 miles on it. Sleeper lol. (original engine was a 700)

Decompression ports filled

Heads lightly ported

SLP pipe w/stock silencer

V-Force reeds

Modified ignition maps from Jan-Cen

Geared to due a true 117mph on GPS

Engine was dyno tuned in Batavia. Made 152hp and 118tq

Aftermarket widening and long travel front suspension (9 inches travel) with dual rate springs and Fox remote resovoir shocks

Pro X2 rear skid modified for long track. With Fox remote resovoir shocks

Big Wheel kit on rear.

Brand New Camoplast Rip Saw track

Double stuffed seat to help with riding in bumps

Extra cooling radiators installed in tunnel for lake riding in canada
