i havent gotten a lot of use out of it yet… im a SUPER NOOB at photography-
zong: i bought my mother a nikon d50 6 months ago because she was huge into photography and wanted a new dSLR- well 6 months later it was still unused so i took it back and grabbed a recommended lens

55-200 is a lil bit longer even at 55mm
the 18-55 is def a good stock lens, i still use mine

Marcus, I picked up a 18-70mm dirt cheap with a combo of a 70-200 or 70-300 (depending which I decide to get the seller has both). I got such a good deal I just couldn’t pass any of it up.
