i have a 1993 eclipse fwd turbo with a 6 bolt swap in it i just got the motor and tranny in there i cant get the motor mount bolts to line up correctly and i need someone to finishe hooking up all the other stuff if anyone is familiar with this let me know ill pay you just let me know how much you will do it for ? i was thinking around $100.00 or so but let me kno i need this done a.s.a.p Thanks
sounds like u need to visit the motor mount store 
no but if your possitive that it SHOULD line up correctly mabey u just need to play around with it to sit right, ive never really worked on a dsm but i had the same type of problem droping in a 4age in my friends carolla we just “wiggled” it around and it finnaly sat where we wanted it

agreeed ^ wiggle it around might take awhile but like fiero says if its right it will line up
