Just need to put 2 bends in it. From a straight pipe to make something like this:

I should be able to grab one of a friends boat as a template to copy.

Yeah I would just prefer someone who knew what they were doing work on it.
Would help if you posted what exactly your looking for. Mould 3/4 SCH 40 pipe (1.05 OD X .113 wall thickness) work for this project? can it be solid stock instead ? Does final finish matter or are scratches acceptable? do you have the material or does it need to be supplied.

I have the material. Its bright anodized aluminum 3/4 with .058 wall thickness which is already to thick for the one piece to fit inside put i’m gonna drill it out. I have a 6 foot piece. It really isn’t a big deal if it gets scratched its going on top of a radar arch to hold the nav/anchor light. Cant be solid 3 wires have to be inside for power.
