[quote=Geoff;844267]Slow, Look, Lean, Roll - How to implement change optimally

Organizations can take a page from motorcycle racing manuals when they need to make changes in their processes.

Slow, Look, Lean, Roll is the mantra motorcycle racers use to execute turns at the highest possible speeds for the fastest possible cornering times. Follow these four steps and you will make a perfect turn.

Hah!! i said that in the honda thread when he was wondering what it meant, and i totally guessed!! I rule

hahaah

PWND

2 bucks please

lol… thanks who ever did it… thanks geoff. i knew what it meant… but the … profit… through me off… lol

NICE

I was going to ban you if you didn’t know slow-look-lean-roll, although I’ve heard it debated that you should actually be already opening the throttle when you lean in.

???, profit is just additional nonsense.

welll i thought… slow… meaning entry to the turn, since you cant scrub off any serious speed when entering the turn…

as i’ve been told… “choose your entry speed wisely… its easy to accelerate into and out of a turn… but very difficult to decelerate…” then the look where you wanna go is obvious… lean… also obvious… roll on throttle… ??? then profit… i thought it was a crash joke…

i dont think fry knows my AWESOME record lol… although… i’ve done well lately… :knockonwood:

Haha I’ve only been down twice. You?

throw back to BikerFry?

??? profit would be a south park reference. the underwear gnomes!

steal underwear

???

profit.

i avg 1 a season…

2003? i target fixated week 2 of riding (on a group ride with a bunch of seasoned riders)

2004- Flipped a tank wheelie over the back (in shorts and a tee shirt… in front of my little brother) (lots of road rash… some nice scars)

2006- lowsided the 636 in elma… about .5 miles from the first accident…

2007- umm kinda a rolling burnout at 35-40 mph gone wrong… jbgti was in attendence for that site… lol… it did nothing to my already beat up bike

ANYWAY… i ended up putting away 2 bikes and they are both mint with no accidents on them… this year im going to take the 10r to race on a roadcourse (mid ohio or beaver run)… she might not make it through… but if i wreck this season, id bet it happens at a track… the wheelies are on lock, and i dont really push turns too often on the street… and a pretty street bike means alot to me

rolling burnout leads to rolling willybeen
