no they are not legal, they require the removal of vital emissions control devises and you will be fined heavily for the installation and use of these items.

and what is the exact process of putting these in that makes them illegal, i made a custom one which i connected to the original ebrake button, and then just disengaged the spring. So when my “spin/drift button” is pushed in i can pull the ebrake without locking and when it is out it will lock up and function as a normal ebrake. Also i connected the ebrake signal wire to metal piece on the ebrake mechanism to trick the Daytime running lights that my ebrake is always on therefore disabling them.
