when u paint it those places u took it down to metal will show up pretty good! try and feather it out more and u hpefully should be fine!

Primer saves lives.

i get to fill some holes and the rear wiper during the winter. i have way to much work to do before than

It is true, feather that out a little more, high build primer will help but it won’t make it perfect.

thats what tintable sealer is for nuggaz!!! but ya throw a ton of primer down and block it a couple times because since you took the area down to metal it made the area very unconsistant.

U ever think about shaving the light on the hatch too???

I’ve always wondered how it would look, but I’ve never seen it done and I’m too pussy to do it without seeing how it looks.

with all the newspaper and shit off, Im gonna let it sit a little while longer before I put on the light and the wiper.

what did you use to paint it, an actual gun or a spray can and just colour sanded the crap out of it?

i would also like to know.

we opted out of spray gun because a pint was 80 dollars so we tried spray paint and if it didnt work we would just buy the paint. But it worked, and after spraying I sanded with 2500 and then polished.

WOW. $80. what paint are you geting. Thats a ton of money for a pint.

I pay around $48.00 for my red paint. and thats expensive?

That paint turned out awosme though. Math not too bad either.
