i would think its worth more or am i missing something

he’s in japan

i understand that…

probably worth less over there? just like how you can buy rx7’s / supra’s for about half of what they sell for over here ? i could be wrong of course

good point

Isn’t that because the market is “saturated” with them where as in the us they are less common.

that
and also the fact of our value of a dollar to theirs
but seeing stuff like that makes me want to move to japan

could be? never thought of it that way really

It’s also a '71 and not a more desirable '68-'70, also modified and not stock or stock-appearing. US value on that would be probably in the $18-20K range.

From what ive seen, fully restored muscle cars will fetch up to 20 US. If the example is half done or just not original the price is practically slashed in half if not less.

I tried buying a well abused 68 Camaro over the winter on auction. Shell was not rotted and in need of paint/trim work, motor swapped, interior half missing etc. Anyhow, the car sold for around 8 US. In a nut shell there are a lot of stellar deals over here. I would be buying like an animal but im not loaded.
