I have my old motor laying around that I dont need anyone because it takes up a whole whack of space.
This is why its blown:
I ran out of oil. Im pretty sure its just the piston rings, when the motor ran out of oil, it caused friction and wore the rings, created blow by and then wouldnt hold the compression in the 3rd cylinder.
The motor still cranks up and runs, i actually drove it home on 3 cylinders when it went.
Anyway its a redtop:
-unknown amount of kms
-Will come with everything except sensors, pumps, power steering stuff, injectors and wire harness + ecu.
-tranny will need new 2nd and 4th synchro’s
-clutch still has a bit of life left
Im looking for $700
strange, looks like the same motor that was blown not too long ago…
the pipes are custom made to fit the set up that I had, so unless you have the same custom intercooler, or you want to cut them up and re-weld, these pipes will be useless.
enzo, I’m not sure if the mani holds stock turbo location, its close but probably no exact same.
im not exactly sure that its a tranny cooler, it has transmission fluid in one of the lines. Can anyone else confirm this? it came of an s14 front clip.
Wayy to high of an offset to flip even if it could which im doubting…its a lot of work too…I had no problems with balancing and sealing mine after rebuilding…dont be afraid to try it.
