JUST had this replaced from Sprint before i canceled. I powered it on to make sure it was good and turned on then turned it back off. Still has the screen protector on it.

shouldnt be too hard at all to run on verizon, if u can jailbreak an ipod u can do this, if u had to.

It’s basically like rooting an Android phone. Gives you more access, etc. Allows you to install ‘special’ apps and what not.
I rooted my EVO 4G but didn’t root my EVO 3D. Not THAT worth it, at least in the Android world.
