GLWS with a little work you can supposedly run these on the Verizon network.
shouldnt be too hard at all to run on verizon, if u can jailbreak an ipod u can do this, if u had to.

It’s basically like rooting an Android phone. Gives you more access, etc. Allows you to install ‘special’ apps and what not.
I rooted my EVO 4G but didn’t root my EVO 3D. Not THAT worth it, at least in the Android world.
well if you don’t tether your phone for internet and other shit like htat, you don’t need to root it
