i was back home in the philippine islands 2 years ago and i saw a bunch of mini hummer replicas. they were called Hammer JRs. they dont look too cheesy and tey cost around $8k.

just about anybody that owns a jeep wrangler can build a mini hummer
there is a complete kit to convert it over
