we were just talking about this ontario drive-clean thing in business class today and I think that they are really going to get rid of it soon. it’s wasting too much money and not catching enouhg people. the amount of people they catch a year is like 500 and that is nothing at all. the real people that they should be going after are those huge trucks that drive from canada to the states everyday. they are the ones who are really doing the polluting.
