Since there are always going to be people on this site that are first time home buyers why can’t we combine all of the useful links and info that are provided by other members? There are plenty of threads about people buying houses and looking for loan/closing cost/free money advise.

1 continuous thread of GOOD info and new programs would be beneficial to a large number of people on this site IMO.

I was thinking this to myself as well…I’ve been keeping up on Beck’s thread but there’s too much bickering in there to extract the useful information
