I have no experience with these strut bars.

Lots of members seem to like the CP Racing Triangulated strut bars.

I purchased some Cusco strut bars a while back and I will definatley buy them again. The build quality and fitment were excellent.

The choice is yours, but remember, you get what you pay for.

true, but some companies start as no name brands and then become pretty good…
yeah, i know…you get what you pay for…but for a $500 shitbox, i’m trying to turn it into a cheap thriller by using cheap mods…haha…
thanks for the advice!

id advise you to go with a non adjustable strut bar , the nuts tend to get loose and you lose what little function you had going for ya. be very carefull with the fitment on those cheap bars like the bomz bars the front doesnt fit , and the hood doesnt clear it. which causes a huge buldge (spelling) in your hood. Its all up to you. I do liek the rear lower tie bar though i wonder if it works. i dont think anyone i know has one.
ii want one

Juat get them. If you don’t care about your friends teasing you for the Walmart mystery brand then get them.

Over the years I’ve used, Tanabe, Cusco, Apex’i (carbon fiber), and ARC. Honestly if there was a difference I couldn’t tell.

Preferrence I do like Cusco I like the flat tubular design. Also HKS Kansai makes a really nice CF one but they are almost impossible to find now.

A cheap but good option is the CT, pil;ot brand, it should cost about 65 bux, and it’s fairly solid, perfect fit. I’ve had mine on for almost 2 years now and haven’t had to adjust it once.

Best bang for the buck is the CP racing combo front and rear. They will give SON240SX members a nice discount as well.

if your car is all done up and u want the struts as a show piece then get a bling cusco one or somethin. otherwise… all it is is a steel rod which costs them a few bucks to make so just get whatever u can find cheap. and yah i know of a lot of ppl usin the pilot ones and those fit well with no probs… the cp ones ive heard of ppl havin problems with. especially cuz u need to make holes to mount em… which isnt cool imo but to each their own.

dont buy those.

the thrid smaller bar is completely un-functional.

if you read for reviews on zip-tied and FA you will find it mounts to spots where the bar can serve no purpose.

as for the strut bars, they are below average, they will work and do what you wnat, but not as effectively as other bars will.

also, the price…

you are looking at $60 USD + a premium fo shipping to canada. then customs.

it will be in the vacinitiy of $100 or maybe even more.

for that money you can get a solid pair of pilot strut bars, i have found them to be worth the cash. but i am sure the non-adjustable bars are better.

I have the CP Racing front and rear triangulated bars… they are fantastic… and a great deal.
