Of course, that may not mean much… The last time any party controlled both the Congress and the White House before this past Congress was in Clinton’s first term - and that went out the window quickly (only 1992-1994).
Then again, the last time the Democrats controlled both Congress and the White House for a full 4-year Presidential term was during the Carter Administration - and we all know how that worked out…
