So it would seem as if my U joint from the transmission failed this morning.
So when I pull the driveshaft where can I take it to have the U joint replaced??
I need this done of saturday seeing as how this is my daily
92 legacy turbo

replacing the driveshaft is probably faster than replacing the U joint.

I think I am going to just go buy something instead.
call a few junk yards i got mine for my blazer for 60 bucks from the dealership. it was faster and cheaper than paying 20 bucks for the part and 60 bucks to put it in.
Advanced auot or auto zone dont have one? how about capriotto auto parts.
if u can get the u-joint go to fleet pride on walden… just the other side of the 90 form the gallaria mall of denny’s drive shaft on military about a mile south of sheridan if ur in the north towns

go to autozone or pepboys… i did u joints on a dakota last year… it was a piece of cake… (coming from the guy who can fuck an oil change up) haha
U-Joints are non-replacable, and can’t be purchased anywhere. He’s now the proud owner of a FWD Turbo Legacy. All kinds of lameness. :tdown:

No he is not.
They do not make a replacement u-joint for the 92 leg.
Dealer recommends new driveshaft.
I am going to take it to fleet pride
they should be able to fix it.
whoa that sux, why would they not make a u-joint for it…
