nsx came out first… was a decent car for dudes with a fat wallet… then the viper came out and wiped the nsx’s sheet clean… thus 2 over priced modern day ‘muscle cars’

I am a honda guy, number wise the viper is better in a skidpad and slalmon but supposely is much harder car to drive at the limit. also remember when they test cars they test on stock rubber and suspension and has nothing to do with the potential of the the car. NSXes have really small tires(for a car of this performance potential) from the factory, but that can be easily fixed. I have only ever ridden in one or been in racing envioroment with once. It was 03 with a comptech supercharger, wide R-compounds, sway bars, and track brakes. The guy said he was driving at 8/10ths(80percent of what the car can do) and was still pulling 1:08s around Beaverun, which i am betting is faster than anyone on this board. I have seen Black Zarnardi edition pull 1:05s at beaverun untill she fades her brakes. They are great track cars, probably not worth the 90k, but i think they are worth the 25-35k you can buy high mileage mid 90s ones at.
BTW I have a civic that will hand any off these car in anything but straight(1.05g skidpad on street tires), does that make it a supercar? My point is just because a car is better in one respect doesnt make it better.
