SUVs suck

hahaha
see this makes me think of my friend and his little accident. He was driving in his dad’s durango and and well ran into the back of a early 90’s ford tarus(the break lights were not working in the ford). The funny part is that the only thing left on the ford was anything infront of the front seats. Im talking this thing was totaled. But my friends durango, Not even $200 damage to it. So In some situations I still think I rather be in the SUV.

You know who this is Chris

Rob Azevadio, the guys with the yellow vett

haha his insurence is really really really high now

Am I the only person that sees the irony in this thread. Here is a bunch of guys putting down and talking about crash test results and safety on various makes and models mean while we all drive around in Nissan 240sx’s  Come on guys have you seen the Nissan 240sx crash test results? We drive in like one of the worst crash vehicles if you rear end some one you end up sitting on top of the block and when you get rear ended you end up sitting together with the other passengers from the car that just rear you and if you get t-boned or roll over you are in big trouble. Im not saying the 240sx is an unsafe car because it got better results then half the other cars in the same class between 1989 and 1994 (1995 to 1998 got better results) but compared to most of the cars today the 240sx can’t even compete in safety. The best safety device is you. Just drive safe and look out for the other guy.

Doh! That is sort of funny though

Hey I must of entered your # wrong because I was not sober at big bucks. I need those damn wheels! Call me 905 847 0710 after 6:00pm during the week.

Here is all I have to say,
On Dec 26th of this year my family GMC Yukon Denali saved my life. I was traveling along the 420W when I came to the crest of a hill. I immediatly saw headlights and swerved, was struck and spun but regained control. I soon after found out I had been hit by a drunk driver going the wrong way on the highway. Another van (windstar) was hit at the same time. The man in the van died instantly and I had minor cuts from broken glass. The black box in my truck showed I hit at a combined speed (mine plus his) similar to running into a wall at 240km/H. He was doing 140 I was doing 102. The cabin stayed perfectly unchanged and the front corner took all the damage. I sent a thank you letter to GMC for the great job they did at making the truck and would say to anyone who wants to say SUV’s are poorly made or not good to keep their comments to themselves. BTW the drunk driver was not harmed and is now facing 3 diffrent charges causing death and one charge of a controled substance. I would be more then happy to buy a SUV if I had a family.

what was the SOB driving ?

a ford tarus, his car was inside of the minivan literaly. The police said that is was some freak chance that he walked out because the airbag did not deploy in his car and that the cabin colapsed.
