Never had any work done or bought a car from you Justin, but when I bought my recent daily(a4) you gave me confidence in purchasing from another local import repair shop/dealer that I had no prior experience with. Even if it was a 5 minute convo, you were a stand up guy and I appreciate it.
What is the scoop on the guy that owns the building, misteroman? Is he out a building now?
I would hope he had insurance on the structure. I can’t imagine renting a building out as an auto repair shop and not having fire on it.
Yes the building was taken down and due to zoning restrictions the land can never be built on again. So it is a completely useless piece of property. I would assume the city will just take it over.
No grandfathering? That is pretty scary that they can tell you there is no rebuilding.(?)
