Is there just shit on the exhaust housing or is it the picture, cause it looks like the one bolt hole is messed up?
Are you talking about the top picture? It has the downpipe flange on it that was cut off, so it’s just the flange
if you’re talking about the center section it doesnt look like there was ever a bolt there
