Was searching for another thread and came across this one. I still suggest MagicMp3 Tagger to do music. I paid for the full version, and it works great. Puts everything in user defined folders, and tags in whatever format you choose. I am willing to share my collection if we get something together. All 93,000+ tracks are tagged properly and in folders by album then artist. This is how I have mine laid out now:
