So a couple months ago I got a tattoo on my leg. I love the design but for some reason it didnt turn out right. Parts of it are perfect and other parts arent symmetrical at all. If its going to be on me forever I want it to be pretty much perfect.

So, the skin is completely healed. I used ointment for a month or so after getting it. Sadly…I need it gone. It needs to get replaced with something Ill be 100% happy with.

Does that wreckingbalm shit work? How would you go about fading it? Do new tattoos fade easier than tattoos that have been around for years? Any idea how long it would take to fade? Thanks for the advice lol

A series of laser treatments is about the only way to remove a tattoo.

Ive seen/ heard of people that have had great work done to “cover up” the tattoo. Basically if the tattoo artist is good enough they can make something out of someone elses mistake

Yeah that’s the thing about tattoo’s. They’re permanent. That’s why they’re so cool. You can’t just say “You know, it’s not really what I want. I think I’ll return it.”

I know…I liked the design and if it was done properly, Id be 100% fine with it, but it got messed up. So that wreckingbalm shit really doesnt work that great then huh?

fuck. Ill consider the laser. Price isn’t an issue really. I couldnt care less. As long as I get one Im happy with.

edit: and Ill pass on the pics. The last picture I posted damaged my pride! haha. I can tell some of you are drooling at the thought of getting some shots in

You could say that…let me just say thats the last time I let a chick draw on my leg. I won’t say where I went or who did it. But I am open to hear opinions on whos the best in the area.

If it makes you feel any better, I got my tattoo in the back of a record store in Fredonia. The guy was talking about having to find out what bars he got kicked out of the night before so he could do damage control.

It’s a crucifix type of thing, and one arm is shorter than the other. :mamoru: But it still looks good, it’s just an exercise in controlling my OCD. :stuck_out_tongue: You get used to it.

Unless you really hate it. A buddy of mine got one of those chinese tramp stamps years ago. He’s a dude. He’s in the process of getting it lasered now.

Oh Im used to it! I love the abuse. Thats why I keep coming back for more. When I start feeling good about myself, I make a post like this so NYspeed can cut me down.

I got a crown of thorns around my arm a couple years ago and its pretty faded now. He messed up on the inside where it meets, but you cant see it unless i lift my arm up.

I have extreme ocd about everything. I can’t live with it. I actually have a rope tied around my neck right now. I just need somebody to kick the chair out.
