HOD +1… e.foster did both of my tattoos and when i get more, i wouldnt go anywhere else… he has done all my friends tattoos as well

Foster is no longer at HOD he opened his own place on delaware near the target off kenmore ave.
I would recommend him as well and the HOD team does a hell of a job if you decided to go there.
