Toe control arms are done as well, just cleaning up the threads a bit.
Rear Upper Control arms are coming in the next few weeks, we keep tweaking the design because we want to make a single radius arm that fits both S13 and S14 and make it nice and strong. that is why it is taking so long.
these arms are made from Chromoly with hardened Steel brackets.
All materials were sourced in CANADA and all pieces are professionally made by Canadian trained, educated and experienced technicians in a professional and full-equipped metal working facility.
these arms pictured belong to Mr. JDM TYTE PAVEL NISMO COUPESTAR
when the rest of the stuff is out i would like to do a group buy to get some quantity running through my suppliers.
i will be offering package pricing for all 3 sets (toe arm, traction arm, RUCA)
the rod ends provided are non-teflon-lined commercial grade bearings. i use them now on the TC rods that Chris and i made last year. they will handle the stresses required of them and a rated for much more.
if you would like to be upgraded into Aurora PTFE (teflon lined bearings) i can do it for you but there would be significant additional costs involved.
i will not be selling the arms without bearings.
the colour is not final, but it will be a reflection of the same powder coat.
i will be destroying this pricing which also happens to be the best in Canada for brand-name multi-link
even with Aurora PTFE bearings i will be able to out-value the brand name arms significantly.
the Battle Version equivalents of the arms pictured above are $220 USD + Shipping (no customs because PDM is in Vancouver)
that equates to approximately $300 CDN in your hands for the traction arms.
My target price for the traction arms as pictured above is HALF of that price, ie. $150.
the costs are not yet finalised and so that is subject to change slightly, but i think we are going to be able to just about hit that price point.
even with Aurora PTFE bearings ($50 extra approx.) you are still saving hundreds of dollars. the savings will be amplified when you purchase the full rear package.
battle version packages (toe/traction/RUCA) run around $1000 CDN ($770 usd + shipping) i will be almost half that but not quite… the RUCA arent cheap to make dammit…lol
big pimpin bing. I saw those a while ago and I really like the “bronze” Its unique and stands out, just a bit, not too much like a strong green or red.
even though they will be able to be used on both S13 and S14 it might turn out that there will be a clearance problem on S13’s without coilovers.
we’ll see
btw…
at present i dont have TC rods under development, but i will next month provided that everything goes well with the multi-link and if enough of you guys order this stuff so that i can fund the TC rod development…
you have me on your interested list. I wanted to get the battle vision parts a bit ago but the price was damn high.
Is there going to be a car that we can put these on to have a test drive at all?
I don’t expect you will but I figured it would be worth it to ask.
if there is something wrong with the product detectable before you put it on i will replace for free as i have done with all products i have ever sold.
if you smack your car up and actually break one of these things then you have far bigger issues than warranty replacements on your hands.
I just got my set from Bing, they look really impressive. The body is light-weight chromoly, should provide some weight savings over stock, while being tubular = stronger. I’m really happy with them so far, just need to get RUCA’s now.
Bing, you need transparent stickers you can put on each one of your products.
Bing that looks HOT !! I’d like to see a pic of this stuff bolted on the car with all suspension components on.
Just a suggestion if its not too much trouble, you should include a new nut and bold kit with this !! just a thought
But great work bud !!
