You might be on to something with the line type. It’s possible that a plain rubber vacuum hose is collapsing and causing inconsistent pressure/vacuum to the bov. Maybe nylon or something vacuum rated could help.
I was just looking at the 3 year and 8 month thread bump, that’s all.
