he buys junk clutches for it. the flywheel probably is a nice blue color from the last clutch. his cable quadrant is probably shot(stock junk) clutch from what ive been told engages at the end of the pedals range. rather than down near the floor.
fix the issue and i wouldnt be suprised if adam drove it into the middle 12s

its adjustable , clutch just isnt adjusted right . ya can play the guitar on the damn thing its so tight though

Its a newer Zoom clutch with about 1500 miles on it (replaced after the towing incident), adjustable quadrant with about 2000 miles on it (installed with the aod to t5 swap), and a new flywheel with about 1000 miles on it (replaced with motor).
I havent bought a cheap clutch for the car. The first clutch was a King Cobra that came with the used tranny and I used it until it blew up at LVD a few years back and then replaced it with a Spec but that was the one I smoked towing it. The shop I towed it to told me there were going to put a Centerforce in it but when I picked it up they told me they put a Zoom clutch in it. I was less than happy about that but didnt really get a choice there.
Yeah but if it wasnt adjusted right it doesnt matter how many miles are on it. Doesn’t take much to ruin a clutch.

I just never got around to it. It seemed fine to me but I guess I was just used to it being that way.

that will cost ya way more to do up than any other trans man . esp after all the adapter plates and stuff . go thru my tranny guy as he is great and sells em with a 2 yr warr if ya buy a converter .
